Questions on the RFPs

All questions or inquiries concerning this Request for Proposal should be submitted via email (ffisher@woodburnsd.org and erate@woodburnsd.org), the project website (http://wsd2016.edimension.us) or the EPC system (portal.usac.org) no later than January 25, 2016 and will be responded to within 3 business days. The response/answer will be posted on the project website. If it is a clarification to the RFP, an ADDENDA will be issued and also posted on the project website (http://wsd2016.edimension.us) and the EPC system (portal.usac.org) for all bidders.
